Real estate business is the most cash reaping business in developed and developing economies. Profit associated with the real estate are considered very safe than any other investments today. Unlike the financial assets where you are merely getting only the piece of paper and not anything physically, in real estate, people are getting something tangible at least. That is why people have got that much interest and trust in real estate business and in the real estate investment trusts. Many mutual fund companies have started the real estate funds to cater to the needs of customers and to get advantage of super normal profits associated with the real estate. But there is dark side of the increased investment. The negative impact is hike in price the real estate as well as building materials. Financial bubble burst of 2008 was also associated with the increased real estate business.
